The ANCOP Walk helps build homes and communities for the poor in the Philippines and other third world countries as well as provifing Child Education assistance to over a thousand children to improve their prospects for a brighter future. "ANCOP" is short for ANswering the Cry Of the Poor.Since 2001, hundreds of particpants across North America have walked to fight poverty. Your donation is greatly appreciated by the families and children that ANCOP supports.

About the ANCOP Walk and our Shelter and Child Sponsorship Programs

The ANCOP Shelter program has already helped more than a thousand families by building homes and changing their lives, providing them with hope for a brighter future regardless of their race, religion or ethnic background. The ANCOP shelter program not only builds homes and communities but is holistic in its approach, providing health, education, and values formation programs for families and their children. More than a thousand children from ANCOP communities are supported by many generous donors every year through the ANCOP Child Educational assistance program.

Anyone can do great works of charity. The challenge is sustaining the work. ANCOP works with the help of anyone with big willing hearts. Our partners, volunteer architects, engineers, carpenters, doctors, nurses, midwives, dentists, teachers, writers, people from all religious, social, and academic backgrounds, government and private sectors --- come together with one purpose: to ANSWER THE CRY OF THE POOR.
